The Beryl Ivey Library has two study rooms available for student booking to accommodate up to six people per booking during our open hours. Each room contains a projector and whiteboard.
Brescia University College students can book these rooms using their Western ID for a maximum of 3 hours per group, per day; study rooms are available for up to a maximum occupancy of 6 people at once. Study rooms are for students currently enrolled in courses at Brescia.
Please ensure that you bring your library/Western ID card to the Library Service Desk to obtain the key for the group study room.
Reservations will be held up to 10 minutes past the reserved start time. Rooms that are not claimed within 10 minutes of the booked time become available for others.
A variety of A/V equipment, such as chargers, adapters, and laptops are available at the Library Service Desk. Select items, such as laptops, must be booked via the booking system. Additional chargers and adaptors are available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Beryl Ivey Library staff reserve the right to modify bookings if they violate the Study Room Use Regulations.
